First things first. What exactly is meant by culture? While it is a common buzzword, it can also mean different things to different people. However, since I am claiming to be your culture partner, let me tell you how I view it. Culture is the way of life of an organization, family, team, etc.  It's how you roll and interact daily. It is a reflection of what matters most to you. It is often seen in daily rituals, common language, traditions, and even why/how individuals are hired or recruited. And here is the key: if you don't intentionally create your desired culture, it will default to something less desirable. We will dive into how to create culture next time, but let's get back to why it is so powerful. Why can culture eat strategy for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, for that matter?
